OPA 3 updates the county's settlement area, land use, and natural heritage schedules to conform with provincial plans and policies, and to facilitate anticipated growth to 2051.

Permit to Take Water No. 5153-D8TSQ3 was issued to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited on October 7, 2024.
