This approval is for amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 8603-DD8S8N serving Walker Aggregates Inc. for the Ridgemount Quarry located in Fort Erie, Ontario. This ECA amendment is being requested to change the wash plant pond locations on-site.
The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Cancoil Corporation for establishment of a stormwater management Works structure servicing their manufacturing facility, complete with developed parking and truck marshalling yard areas, located at 933 Innovation Drive in the City of Kingston, Ontario.
