The variance is approved.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000159 to Epica Gold Inc. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Permit to Take Water 4221-D99QV3 was issued to Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited to amend PTTW No. 9498-7GLQZZ for the purposes of dust suppression, construction, road building and dewatering at the Pakenham Quarry site located in the township of Pakenham and township of McNab/Braeside, Ontario for 10 years.

On October 21, 2024, Sarnia Concrete Products Limited made a request to the ministry to withdraw the application for an Environmental Compliance Approval.

The ministry has issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) to St. Marys Cement Inc., located at 410 Bowmanville Avenue, in the Town of Bowmanville, Ontario.
