A decision was made on October 22, 2025 to approve, with modifications, the Town of Caledon Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 2024-014.  The approved Caledon Official Plan outlines a comprehensive framework of new and revised policies to guide growth and development to 2051. 

A new regulation has been made under the Environmental Assessment Act (EAA) that sets out requirements Hydro One Networks Inc. (Hydro One) will need to undertake to proceed with the Northeast Power Line Project (Project) and for the EAA not to apply to the Project. Hydro One is collaborating with a consortium of First Nations partners.

Approval is granted to amend the existing ECA (waste disposal sites) No. 3643-C76PYS issued to ADL PROCESS INC. for the use and operation of a waste disposal site for transfer and processing of solid non-hazardous waste.

This proposal was submitted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval to service a proposed warehouse facility located at Greycan 13 Properties Inc. & 13144801 Canada Inc. with a stormwater management works, for a site located at 61 Bethel Road, in the City of Brantford, County of Brant, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 0557-DMMHCK has been issued to 827112 Ontario Inc. amending Permit to Take Water No. 7171-CTFKFL for pits and quarries dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond in the Town of Gravenhurst, District Municipality of Muskoka, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7354450466 has been issued to TCU Development Corporation, for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from two ponds, located in Ottawa, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the installation of a replacement of the residential in-ground septic system located on the allotment designated as 456 East Floral Beach Road in the Municipality of Shuniah, Ontario.
