Building Better Lives: Ontario’s Long-Term Infrastructure Plan, 2017 (“LTIP 2017”) was released on November 28, 2017. The 2017 Plan set out the previous government’s vision for infrastructure planning and investment in Ontario.
The Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI) will be proposing a new Statement of Environmental Values (SEV) in order to reflect the changes in its structure and mandate, as well as to acknowledge the priority of addressing climate change. Given the changes, this proposal is no longer being considered.
