Permit to Take Water No. 5608-DG3LAY has been issued to Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 1864-9WUK47 for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario, Mississauga, Ontario for 10 years.

The Permit to Take Water No. 4356-DFZKNL was issued to Bedard Sand & Gravel Limited on April 24, 2025, for renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 0886-9V6KEN. Water will be taken from one pond, for aggregate washing purposes in Woodville, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. R P-300-1931294373 version 1.0 has been issued to Lafarge Canada Inc. to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5746-9VTQKC to provide water supply for its Alliston Ready Mix Concrete Plant. Water will be taken from one well for Ready Mix Concrete Plant Operation located in Adjala-Tosorontio.

Permit to Take Water No. 3578-D72SWD was issued to Waterford Sand and Gravel Limited on July 22, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8543-9JQHY3 for site dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 7575-D8HJM7 has been issued to Sandford Investment Corp. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Huntsville Downs Golf Course, located at 182 Golf Course Road in Huntsville, Ontario.

Water will be taken from Lake Simcoe in the Town of Innisfil, County of Simcoe, Ontario for 10 years.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6228792213 V1.0 was issued to Miller Paving Limited on February 21, 2024, to renew the permit 5154-97AQAT. Water will be taken from one well for manufacturing and operational needs at the Durham Ready-Mix Concrete Plant, located in West Grey, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9199395329 has been issued to Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd., renewing Permit to Take Water No. 6702-C8FPK3 for mining dewatering from the Bateman Shaft, located in the Town of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3718-D45MHS was issued to Dyno Nobel Canada Inc. on June 20, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5853-9J9HNB for industrial manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse, the St. Lawrence River, located in the Township of Augusta, United Counties of Leeds-Grenville, Ontario for 10 years.

We have made new regulations that identify how Endangered Species Act, 2007 protections apply to Black Ash and its habitat.

The ministry approved an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval A582395 for the Golden Giant Mine Landfill of Newmont Canada Corporation, located in the Unorganized Township of Bomby, Ontario, approximately 40 km east of Marathon, Ontario.

Amendments have been made to Ontario Regulation 354/16 under the Invasive Species Act, 2015, to prevent the introduction and spread of 10 invasive species and four genera.
