A new Permit to Take Water No. 2882-BMLNV3 has been issued to Hiltin Hills Developments Inc. on April 28, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) dewatering array located in Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 31, 2024.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9195513510 on December 18, 2023, for Miller Group Inc. in Horton, Ontario for industrial purposes. The new permit expires on December 1, 2032.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted in respect of Application 60-C-183326 for the creation of one (1) new resource-based recreational lot for land described as PIN 42180-1017, Minaki Area, Unincorporated Territory, District of Kenora.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2445-BDXLK9 on July 18, 2019, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4876-7NFPCU for Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited located in Ottawa, ON.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of July 10, 2029.

The application for the Permit to Take Water was cancelled by the ministry. No permit was issued.

The last day this decision can be appealed is August 13, 2024.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 346 Davenport (Yorkville) Developments Limited for foundation draining purposes in Toronto, Ontario. Water will be taken from one sandpoint well. Permit issued November 12, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9299282207 was issued to Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited on November 7, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7250-9ADLGT for manufacturing water cooling purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario - Adolphus Reach in the County of Prince Edward, Ontario for 9 years.

A new amended Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Hacienda North Farms Inc. for stormwater management works serving the greenhouse site (phases 1, 2 & 3) located at 20968 Coatsworth Road, in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 3, 2022 in respect of Application 58-C-201476 for the creation of one of two new lots for recreational use on lands described as PIN 62492-0254, Unincorporated Township of Sibley, District of Thunder Bay.
