A new amended Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Hacienda North Farms Inc. for stormwater management works serving the greenhouse site (phases 1, 2 & 3) located at 20968 Coatsworth Road, in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

Application 60-C-219096 to sever Lot 1 (one of three new lots) on Wolf Island was approved on April 22, 2025 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is May 12, 2025.

The variance is approved.

We have not approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 5242-96KKA7 for industrial purposes. The application was returned to the proponent on May 15, 2018 because it was incomplete. No permit was issued.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 4 Seasons Investments Inc. (Claremont) for golf course irrigation purposes. Permit No. 4378-BY6P9Z was issued on February 12, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

The variance is approved.

We approved the renewal of  Permit to Take Water No. 6813-BF4NQM for the taking of water from one (1) river, for the purpose of cooling water in the Town of Huntsville, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 0836-B7UMUU-1 was issued on October 17, 2022, to Knob Hill Farms Limited for the intended residential and/or commercial use of the property, located at 8501 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario.

An amendment of Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. 7320-AQ9Q8Q was issued to Brawo Brassworking Limited operating as Lofthouse Manufacturing, a hot forging and machining facility, for one (1) new natural gas 1500 kWe non-emergency generator.

An approval was issued to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 2229-9FFK9G for the renewal of the Operational Flexibility conditions for Cameco Corporation, a uranium conversion facility, located at 1 Eldorado Place in Port Hope, Ontario.

A decision was made to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) No. 7427-A9PMFU for Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd., to add one (1) new boiler to the existing sources.

The decision is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for stormwater management works serving Freymond Lumber Ltd located at the Freymond Quarry, a Class “A”, Quarry (ARA License #626401) located on Part Lots 51 and 52, Concession W.H.R, Township of Faraday, County of Hastings (address: 2287 Bay Lake Road), Bancroft, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4805-BBLK56 was issued to 1416958 Ontario Inc., with an expiry date of June 7, 2029

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 346 Davenport (Yorkville) Developments Limited for foundation draining purposes in Toronto, Ontario. Water will be taken from one sandpoint well. Permit issued November 12, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9299282207 was issued to Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited on November 7, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7250-9ADLGT for manufacturing water cooling purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario - Adolphus Reach in the County of Prince Edward, Ontario for 9 years.

We approved the renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 1107-BESP74 for commercial purposes. This is the current and new permit. Water will be taken from one (1) pond related to golf course irrigation activities, located in the Town of La Salle, County of Elgin, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 13, 2024 in respect of Application 58-C-230180 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 62315-0176 on Stewart Bay, Shebandowan Lake, District of Thunder Bay. A Notice of Change, dated March 5, 2026, has amended the list of conditions.

Permit to Take Water No. 8100-BBRS2C was issued on May 9, 2019 to Creek Side Village Inc. with an expiry date of April 30, 2029.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 8233-BXTQCM for Megha Holdings Inc. was issued on March 5, 2021 for short term construction dewatering and long term foundation drainage for a project located at 1243 Teron Road, Ottawa, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9195513510 on December 18, 2023, for Miller Group Inc. in Horton, Ontario for industrial purposes. The new permit expires on December 1, 2032.
