Reg 45/11 under the Act to establish a public registry for licences of occupation, so the public can easily access the ministry’s information. The registry will be accessible through the Mining Lands Administration System (MLAS).

Teeswater Concrete Inc. were issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of South Bruce.

Certificate of Property Use No. 1475-CTPJHE was issued to Bay Moorings Marina Holdings GP Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Bay Moorings Marina Holdings Limited Partnership on January 3, 2024, with no changes as part of the development plans for the property located at 2 Hope Street (formerly part of 200 Fox Street), Penetanguishene, ON

On April 9, 2026, the Minister of Infrastructure made (4) Minister’s Zoning Orders for the Transit-Oriented Community in the Town of Oakville, as Zoning Orders 01-2026, 02-2026, 03-2026, and 04-2026 (Transit Oriented Community Lands).

A decision was made on April 6, 2022 to approve the entire official plan for the Township of Hornepayne with four (4) modifications.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on April 29, 2025. The last date to appeal the decision in May 19, 2025.

The Consent was approved with standard conditions on February 12, 2020. The last date to appeal is March 3, 2020.
