A Notice amending Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 7435-BW4KJM was issued to Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd. for industrial sewage works servicing the Red Lake Operations located in Balmertown, Municipality of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario.

This decision is to renew and amend Permit to Take Water No. 3786-B57LTG for Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken for quarry dewatering at the Brechin Quarry, located in Ramara, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 1577-CBXNFR was issued on February 25, 2022.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3877-BZWSBU on May 13, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7864-B78LPS, for 1995829 Ontario Inc. located in Ottawa, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval for Industrial Sewage Works was granted to Stelco Inc. for the construction of #3 Batch Anneal non-contact Cooling Water System located at 386 Wilcox Street, Hamilton, Ontario.
