An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been granted to Simtor Environmental Ltd. for the operation of an industrial, commercial and institutional, and construction and demolition waste processing facility located at 113 Warren Road in the Town of Whitby, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3786-BDQM5P was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7744-7RLNU2. The permit was issued on July 3, 2019 with an expiry date of July 3, 2024.
