This proposal was for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 6653-A86HVE for industrial purposes for Lavis Contracting Co. Limited, located in Central Huron, Ontario. Water will be taken from one (1) well. Permit No. P-300-3076852344 was issued on April 27, 2020 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 5148-D7YQXB was issued to Oxy Vinyls Canada Co. on August 21, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7537-9P3Q22. Water will taken from one watercourse, for the purpose of industrial manufacturing in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario, for 10 years.
