This proposal was for a new Permit To Take Water for Bay Moorings Marina Holdings GP Inc. Water will be taken from one (1) well for construction dewatering activities at the Bay Moorings Marina, located in the Town of Penetanguishene, County of Simcoe, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 3117-CY3PSL was issued to Scrivener Square Nominee Inc. on January 12, 2024, to renew Permit No.1158-BJWJPD for 1 year. Water will be taken from one well, located in the City of Toronto, for construction dewatering purposes.

William Day Construction Limited has withdrawn this request and will not be moving forward with any changes to their site plan at this time and this proposal is considered closed.

This is a decision on an amendment for a Permit to Take Water for Pelee Quarries Inc. under approved Permit No. 2581-CGCMMQ, issued for 10 years, water will be taken from one pond for the dewatering purposes, located in South Quarry at Pelee Island.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2528-BNNL87 on April 20, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4766-83DKXM, for ClubLink Corporation ULC located in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 23, 2030.

We issued the order to the Town of Atikokan upon consent on February 27, 2018. The order requires the town to complete upgrades to the municipal wastewater system within set timelines. The upgrades will prevent, decrease or eliminate adverse effects, including the backup of sewage into basements, and the discharge of sewage into the environment.

Permit to Take Water No. 5473-D64NJW was issued to Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. on July 17, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1667-A4JSUT for industrial food processing and cooling water purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse in Port Colborne, Ontario for 10 years.

We have not approved a new Permit to Take Water No. 7677-7FVLXR for related to golf course irrigation activities. The application was returned to the proponent on February 21, 2019 because it was incomplete. No permit was issued.
