A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to K & G Martin Holdings Inc. for stormwater management works serving a new gravel parking and display area located at 270 Arthur Street North in Elmira, Township of Woolwich.

The minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to 2555569 Ontario Inc. to allow for the construction of an access road that will impact two species at risk and their habitat. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects, benefit the species, and monitoring and reporting requirements.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Bruce Tait Construction Ltd. to amend the current site plan to allow a new entrance on the east side of the site in the Township of Secord.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on September 28, 2022 in respect of Application 60-C-217403 for the creation of one new lot for recreational use on lands described as PIN 42180-0835, in unsurveyed Territory, in the District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is October 18, 2022.

We have granted approval to Masterchrome Co. Ltd., located in Concord, Ontario, to be registered under the Technical Standards Registry – Air Pollution. This facility will adhere to all technical and operational requirements in the Metal Finishers – Industry Standard under the Local Air Quality Regulation (O. Reg. 419/05).

We have retroactively issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for compliance purposes to Ippolito Properties Limited for existing storm infrastructure and stormwater management facilities servicing a site located at 201 North Service Road, in the City of Burlington, Ontario.

The permit includes actions to benefit the species and minimize adverse effects, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

The Minister has issued an amendment to an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 (ESA) for activities which will impact Species at Risk and their habitat, and which was originally issued to Schlegel Urban Development and is now being updated to Schlegel Urban Developments Corp.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9626-BHAGTF for sewage works (process wastewater) for Willis Kerr Contracting Limited's Brissenden Pit, located at 1055 County Road 1, Township of North Dundas, County of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

Approval for the establishment of industrial stormwater management Works to service an Industrial Sorting and Warehouse Facility land area of 10.39 hectares of a total 24.2 hectares for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off to provide Enhanced Level water quality and quantity control.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for Air at this facility, has been granted to Lehigh Hanson Materials Limited, a ready-mix concrete manufacturing facility located in the Township of North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 5517-CTNSZG is granted to John Bairos Holdings Inc. for the stormwater management works serving the 0.81 ha of industrial development, located at 650 Weber Street North in the City of Waterloo.

On December 18, 2020 the ministry issued an exploration permit located approximately 35 kilometres northeast of Whitesand First Nation, Ontario, in Ratte Lake Area, District of Thunder Bay,North West Region.
