Pursuant to subsection 176(3) of the Mining Act, the Ministry of Energy and Mines has obtained approval through Order in Council for the Minister to issue an unpatented boundary mining claim for EV Nickel Inc. in Langmuir Township within boundary cell number 42A06H380.
On April 8, 2022, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed Zoning Orders, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 331/22 and Ontario Regulation 332/22.
