The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-15-10755 to Noront Resources Ltd. for early exploration activities located about eighty kilometers north east of Pickle Lake.
On August 31, 2020 the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulation as Ontario Regulation 477/20 to permit 640 long-term care home beds in the City of Mississauga.
The Zoning Order supports the province's Accelerated Build Pilot Program to enable the development of long-term care.
On June 9, 2023, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 124/23. The City of Mississauga and Minister of Long-Term Care requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.
On March 5, 2021, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 160/21 to permit 15 affordable housing units. The City of Hamilton requested that the Minister consider making a Zoning Order.
On October 15, 2019, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 336/19 to permit the development of a 224-bed capacity long-term care home, together with accessory uses, buildings and structures, on a property in the Municipality of Clarington
On September 9, 2022, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as O. Reg. 483/22 to permit the development of an industrial park.
On July 8, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 354/20 to permit 44 dwelling units in the form of modular supportive housing. The Minister's Zoning Order was made based on a request from the City of Toronto.

On August 12, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 448/20 to facilitate the development of long-term care and housing. The Zoning Order supports the government’s initiative to enable long-term care development on government-owned lands.
On July 10, 2020 the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 362/20 to facilitate the development of mixed-use, residential and commercial development in the Town of Caledon. The Minister’s Zoning Order was made based on a request from the Town of Caledon.
