This decision is to renew Permit To Take Water No. 5180-ARFG5K for Belmac Estate Properties Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well for the Innis Village development located in the Town of Innisfil, Ontario. Permit No. 5413-BW6QYG was issued on December 22, 2020 for a period of 2 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1127-BUZT6E has been issued to Residences of Edenbridge on the Kingsway Inc. on November 4, 2020 for construction dewatering and remediation purposes in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A decision was made on February 8, 2024 to approve, with three modifications, Official Plan Amendment 269 to the County of Oxford Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 6437-2022. The official plan amendment, as modified, is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and provides policy direction for agricultural land use within the County.

A decision was made on March 24, 2022 to approve the outstanding portions of Official Plan Amendment No. 11, as adopted by By-law No. 78-14, subject to one (1) modification, as outlined in the attached decision. The last date of appeal under the Planning Act is April 14, 2022.

On November 10, 2023, Ontario filed amendments to O. Reg. 679/21 (Community Net Metering Projects) and O. Reg. 389/10 (General) to remove administrative burden and clarify regulatory requirements to support innovation and customer choice. The amendments will come into effect on January 1, 2024.

The Permit to Take Water No. 0727-DUHLFL has been issued to Iroquois Falls Power Corp. on June 1, 2026, to renew the Permit No. 5368-A7ULKF. Water will be taken from one watercourse for industrial cooling water purposes, located in the Town of Iroquois Falls, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for The Residences at Royal Bayview Inc. for construction dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. Permit No. P-300-1102673751 was issued on April 1, 2021 for a period of 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells, located in Thornhill, Ontario.

Feedback from phase 1 consultation on growing the Greenbelt including a Paris Galt Moraine study area and ideas for adding Urban River Valleys was considered. On March 24, 2022, Phase 2 consultation was launched on proposed amendments to the Greenbelt Plan and Greenbelt Area boundary regulation to add 13 new and expanded Urban River Valleys.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for stormwater management works serving SSI Property GP Inc., as general partner for and behalf of SSI Canada Property L.P.. The stormwater management works are, located at part of Lots 3 and 4, Concession 1, in the Town of Colborne, Ontario.

On August 16, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 327/24 in the City of Vaughan. The City of Vaughan requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3382204449 has been issued to INVERARY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB INC. for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three drilled wells and four ponds: Clubhouse Well, Shop Well, Backup Well; and Ponds 1, 2, 3 and 4, in South Frontenac.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on September 1, 2017 in respect of Application 59-C-177386 for creation of an easement for the purposes of ingress and egress on lands approximately 120 kilometres east of the Town of Fort Frances in the District of Rainy River.

The amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 5588-9KWQ4E for Blythe Dale Holsteins Ltd. for aggregate washing purposes at the Szorenyi Pit located at Lots 1, 2, and 3, Concessions A and B, Municipality of Thames Centre, County of Middlesex has been approved under permit No. 5584-BXETJP.

The Greenbelt Statute Law Amendment Act, 2023 that includes Schedule 1 - the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve Act ,2023 (DRAPA, 2023), came into effect on December 6, 2023. DRAPA, 2023 reinstates the legal protections of the easements and covenants applicable to the lands within the Duffins Rouge Agricultural Preserve.

Permit to Take Water No. 7702-CVKMES was issued on November 1, 2023 to 2079610 Ontario Ltd., operating as Millcroft Golf Club to renew Permit No. 5168-BZ7RQB. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes in the City of Burlington, Ontario for 1.5 years.
