Approval was granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Oxford Pallet and Recyclers Limited, operating two mobile grinder units equipped with diesel-fired engines to produce wood chips at various locations across the Province of Ontario.

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing sought feedback on an approach to update the Projection Methodology Guideline to reflect the land use planning policies in 2021. The Province considered the feedback received in the development of Proposed Updates to the Projection Methodology Guideline available for public input (see ERO#025-0844).

The licensee has received consent for a site plan amendment to allow for roadside setbacks along County Road 31 and Road 5 East to be reduced to 15 metres, from the existing 30 metres, and to backfill the former setback area (between 15 metres to 30 metres) to original grade.
