We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1750-C7ANQY on October 4, 2021 which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8814-8SBR7X for Aon Inc., Business/Facility Name: Port Hope Golf & Country Club located in Port Hope, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of October 1, 2031.

This decision is to renew a Permit to Take Water for Hidden Hills Golf and Country Club Limited for commercial purposes. The facility manufacturers health and beauty products with a production limit of up to 148,000 tonnes per year.

On August 16, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(a) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 326/24 in the City of Vaughan.
