An Environmental Compliance Approval (air) has been granted to Stella-Jones Inc. for the in-situ remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater at various sites across the Province of Ontario. This approval is for one in-situ remediation process to treat soil and groundwater contaminated with organic and/or inorganic compounds.

Certificate of Property Use No. 2583-DENG3D for 238 and 242 Cherry Street and parts of 39, 51, 63 and 75 Commissioners Street (River Park North), Toronto, Ontario was issued to City of Toronto, as part of their development plans for the site.
