The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000222 to Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. for early exploration activities approximately 22 kilometres south east of Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, in Bradburn Township, District of Cochrane, Northeast Region.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6615-C6GTRT on September 3, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0072-BFQMK8, for Kanata North Landowners Group Inc. located in Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of September 7, 2025.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 2567-BTHKN8 for 153 Eastern Avenue (Block 26, West Don Lands), Toronto, was issued to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure as part of their development plans for the site.

Certificate of Property Use (CPU) No. 5156-BSEFQW for 185 Queens Quay East (Block 3), Toronto, was issued to The George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology as part of their development plans for the site.

Permit to Take Water No. 5210-BTWNQA was issued to Imperial Oil Limited. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1075694635 was issued to The Cheese Factory Golf Course Inc. Water will be taken for golf course irrigation purposes.

The Ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Egan's Campground Inc. for the establishment of sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage to service the existing seasonal Egan's Campground located in the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio, County of Simcoe.

The Ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Walker Aggregates Inc. for the establishment of sewage works from a proposed aggregate wash plant located within the Orillia Pit 7 site, in the Township of Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe.

A Permit To Take Water was issued to Sandmill Developments Inc on August 31, 2021 for construction dewatering at site lot 28, concession 2, Geographic Township of Markham. Richmond Hill, Regional Municipality of York.

The Ministry issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Kiley Paving Ltd. for the establishment of stormwater management works for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater runoff from a new Kiley Paving asphalt plant site located in the Loyalist Township, County of Lennox and Addington.
