The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000023 to Conquest Resources Limited for early exploration activities located approximately 35 kilometres southwest of Temagami, Ontario, in the Township of Belfast, District of Nipissing, Southern Region

The minister has issued an overall benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to the Ministry of Transportation for construction activities that will impact Redside Dace, which is a species at risk. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects and benefit the species, as well as monitoring and reporting requirements.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site)19-PET-36700 for Mike Clark Excavating & septic Service was issued on January 15, 2020 for a hauled sewage site Kawartha Lakes Township, Ontario.

Approval was granted to change the location where below water extraction can take place in a pit operated by K.R. Axford Sand & Gravel Limited in the Municipality of Central Elgin.

The proponent has informed the ministry that they have decided to withdraw their Environmental Compliance Approval applications for this proposal. Should the proponent wish to re-apply, the ministry will continue to ensure the protection of the health and safety of the environment and public in its technical review of the applications.

This decision is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2784-8EUR9T for The Thornhill Club. Water will be taken from one well and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes. Permit to Take Water No. 0765-BWEPEA was issued on February 22, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for dewatering purposes. Permit to Take Water No. 7801-BXV538 was issued on February 23, 2021 for a period of 10 years. Water will be taken from a well array related to construction and drainage activities, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
