Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition to correct an encroachment was granted on October 26, 2023, subject to conditions.

Erie Sand and Gravel Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of Leamington.

Antonissen Trucking Inc. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Malahide.

A decision was made on March 16, 2026, to approve Official Plan Amendment 139 without modifications. The approved Official Plan Amendment 139 facilitates revisions to the policies for the Town’s Strategic Growth Areas (SGAs) and Other Nodes and Corridors.  

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Erie Sand & Gravel Limited in the Municipality of Leamington to import up to 750,000 cubic metres of excess soil to this site for final rehabilitation.

A Certificate of Property Use was issued to The Corporation of the City of Guelph for the property located at 200 Beverley Street, Guelph on April 20, 2022.

Permit to Take Water No. 7334-B5LHF7 was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 2447-A53SJS. The permit was issued on December 5, 2018 with an expiry date of October 31, 2021.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 0477-BJSNFB has been issued to KNL Development Inc. on January 6, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes related to the Kanata Lakes residential development phases 7-9, located in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 12, 2029.

This proposal is for renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 7428-7SXNTH for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from one (1) lake for golf course irrigation.

Environmental Compliance Approval No. 4858-CSRNN3 was granted to David Duncan Noonan for subsurface disposal works to service a residential cottage, located at Lot 67 3rd Line, Belwood Lake in the Township of Centre Wellington.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Nicli Aggregates Inc. in the Municipality of Thames Centre to reduce the north setback to 0m changing the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table in this area of the site.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Thames Valley Aggregates Inc. in the Municipality of Thames Centre to reduce the south setback to 0m changing the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table in this area of the site.

A decision was made on April 11, 2023, to approve, with modifications, the new City of Barrie Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 2022-016. The approved new City of Barrie Official Plan outlines a comprehensive framework of new and revised policies to guide growth and development to 2051.

Teeswater Concrete Inc. were issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Municipality of South Bruce.

A provisional consent was granted subject to conditions on September 26, 2023.  The last date to appeal the decision is October 16, 2023.

On August 2, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order, made pursuant to clause 47(1)(A) of the Planning Act, with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 324/24 in the City of St. Thomas. MEDJCT requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

We amended an Environmental Compliance Approval to approve the updated design of the site's solidification pit.
