Approval was granted for a licence amendment to allow Fowler Construction Company Ltd. to vary the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed annually for Licence No. 3581, operating in the Township of Ramara, County of Simcoe.

The Director of Mine Rehabilitation has made a decision on the Madsen Mine Amendment to a Closure Plan submitted by Pure Gold Inc. The decision is to file the Amendment.

Permit to Take Water No. 6781-DMNNPL was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. on December 29, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond, located in the Town of Hanover, Ontario, for industrial aggregate washing purposes.

Hustonville Sand & Gravel Limited was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Southgate.

An aggregate licence was issued to Greenwood Construction Company Limited to remove more than 20,000 tonnes of aggregate annually from a pit. 

Greenwood Paving Ltd. was issued a Class A licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan.  

We issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4685-C63KBE on September 17, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 6111-8R3MAD, for G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Company Limited located in the United Counties of Stormont Dundas and Glengarry, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of September 16, 2021.

This Permit to Take Water has been issued to Lafarge Canada Inc. in Greater Napanee, Ontario for the purposes of renewing Permit to Take Water No. 7150-9YLP4X. Water will be taken from two ponds for aggregate washing, industrial manufacturing, and dewatering purposes, located in the Town of Greater Napanee, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Malcon Sand and Gravel Corp. in the City of Barrie to allow the importation of excess soil to restore pre-existing grades.

This decision is to renew and consolidate Permit to Take Water Nos. 1585-B78LNL, 6673-B97JZB, and 6206-B82KXW for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., for construction dewatering purposes within the City of Mississauga, City of Toronto and the Town of Ajax, Ontario.
