An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) has been issued to Brantco Asphalt and Materials Ltd. This approval replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility, and includes the addition of new, or historically unapproved, sources for the facility.

A decision was made on February 8, 2024 to approve, with three modifications, Official Plan Amendment 269 to the County of Oxford Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 6437-2022. The official plan amendment, as modified, is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and provides policy direction for agricultural land use within the County.
