The ministry approved an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Disposal Site) No. A022108 issued to Environmental Services Inc. for its waste transfer and processing site at 22153 King and Whittle Road, Tilbury, Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) was issued to Randal Brian Armstrong (Armstrong Pumping Service Ltd.) on 01/04/2019 for a hauled sewage site located in the Township of Elizabethtown-KitIey, Ontario.

We have issued a benefit permit to Newman Holdco Inc. to develop a subdivision which will impact two Category 3 Butternut tress. The permit includes actions to benefit the species, minimize adverse effects, and outlines monitoring and reporting requirements.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) was issued to Rick A Vaillancourt  (Rick Vaillancourt Septic) on 15/11/2018 for a hauled sewage site located in Machar Township, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) #18-NOR-28468 was issued to Rick A Vaillancourt o/a Rick Vaillancourt Septic on 11/15/2018 for a hauled sewage site located in Lount Township.

We issued a permit to Laguna Trading Ltd. for the receipt and management of up to 500 tonnes of solid non-hazardous at their existing site in Barrie. Wastes to be received include recyclable materials that will be sorted indoors before being shipped off-site for reuse. All management of waste will take place indoors.

This application was withdrawn and the file closed. No decision will be made on this application.

Due to a lack of supporting information, this ECA application has been cancelled.

We issued a permit to York Environmental Solutions Ltd. for the use and operation of a waste transfer and processing site in Toronto for treating excess soil prior to reuse off-site. Maximum storage is limited to 35,000 tonnes of material at any one time. Processing will include soil screening, homogenization and the use of soil amendments.

We refused to issue an amendment for the Cyanide Destruct Systems Inc. facility in Barrie that would have allowed hazardous waste received from off-site to be delisted after processing.

Permit Issued. The exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

We issued a permit to EcoVac Solutions Ltd. for the use and operation of a waste processing site in Toronto for the dewatering and recovery of excess soils from hydrovac slurry operations.
