An aggregate licence was issued to Greenwood Construction Company Limited to remove more than 20,000 tonnes of aggregate annually from a pit. 

Lavis Contracting Co. Limited’s application for a licence to remove aggregate from a new pit in the County of Huron has been approved.

Application 60-C-219956 for the creation of an easement for ingress and egress over PIN 42150-1739 to benefit PIN 42150-3093 was approved on November 9, 2021 subject to standard conditions. The last date of appeal of this decision under the Planning Act is November 29, 2021.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on July 24, 2024 in respect of Application 60-C-218169 for one (1) of two (2) new lots on lands described as PIN 42150-3190 on Ptarmigan Bay, Lake of the Woods, District of Kenora.
