William Day Construction Limited has withdrawn this request and will not be moving forward with any changes to their site plan at this time and this proposal is considered closed.
On April 24, 2020, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation 172/20 to permit new housing development in Markham and Whitchurch-Stouffville.
