This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1221871218 for Gatling Exploration Inc. Water will be taken from 20 lakes, 20 wells, and 40 watercourses for mining purposes as part of the Larder Gold Project, located five kilometres east of the Town of Larder Lake, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (air and noise) has been granted to Munro Agromart Ltd., a fertilizer mixing facility located in the Township of South Glengarry, United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

Approval was issued to establish, use and operate new non-municipal sewage works for the treatment of sanitary sewage from an off-highway rest stop gas station with dining facility, via a proprietary designed sewage treatment plant and subsurface final effluent disposal facilities with a Secondary level treatment plant rated at 32 m³ per day.
