The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-20-000185 to Battery Mineral Resources Limited for early exploration activities near Shining Tree, Ontario.
We have made a new regulation (O. Reg. 206/24) under the Environmental Protection Act to impose benzene limits and monitoring requirements on the INEOS Styrolution Canada Ltd. Sarnia facility. O. Regs. 222/07 and 223/07 have been amended to enable the ministry to issue environmental penalty (EP) orders for relevant prescribed contraventions.
We have issued a Permit To Take Water for Residences at Atria Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Residences at Atria LP, for maintenance dewatering purposes in Toronto, Ontario. Water will be taken from one (1) well. Permit No. P-300-1090702966 was issued on September 2, 2020 for a period of 10 years.
