We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operation Flexibility to Atotech Canada Ltd., located in Burlington, Ontario. The facility is a chemical batch mixing and blending plant that produces solid and liquid finished products for the electroplating industry.
We have issued a Permit To Take Water for Residences at Atria Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Residences at Atria LP, for maintenance dewatering purposes in Toronto, Ontario. Water will be taken from one (1) well. Permit No. P-300-1090702966 was issued on September 2, 2020 for a period of 10 years.
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing received a request from the Ontario Food Terminal Board, supported by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness, to make a Minister’s Zoning Order at 125 The Queensway, to protect the Ontario Food Terminal in the City of Toronto.
