This approval is for an amendment to an existing ECA (Air) for all emissions from the Dufferin Concrete Burlington facility, producing ready-mix concrete, for the purpose of revisions to the production limit, reconfiguration of on-site activities, addition of crushing operations, and a request for Limited Operational Flexibility.

• one (1) mobile Jaw Crusher;
• one (1) mobile Cone Crusher;
• one (1) Excavator;
• one (1) Excavator;
• one (1) Loader.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air and noise) has been issued to R. W. Tomlinson Limited. This Approval replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for Air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions from R. W. Tomlinson Limit.
