The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000078 to B Laurin for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

This approval is for an amendment to the Limited Operational Flexibility for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 1227-A32Q8W for Digital Specialty Chemicals Limited, a manufacturer of custom chemicals for the electronics, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a major site plan amendment to allow St. Marys Cement Inc. Canada to revise the sequence of operational phasing for the ARA licence #624927 (Bromberg Pit).

Licensee was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Five W Farms Inc to update phasing, extend operating hours for loading, haulage and equipment maintenance, and increase the annual tonnage limit from 500,000 to 1,000,000 tonnes

The exploration permit was issued by the Director of Exploration. The Exploration Permit is valid for three years from the date of issue.

Licensee was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Tiny.

In an ongoing effort to modernize the Environmental Registry the Ministry has identified this as an outdated notice which is no longer pertinent or active. The Ontario government has instead revised how Blue Box materials are dealt with in the Blue Box Regulation that makes producers responsible for their products at end of life.

Permit to Take Water No. 7405-DNSJSR has been issued Oshawa Ski Club operating as Brimacombe renewing Permit to Take Water No. 0575-CKQLBY for snow making purposes. Water will be taken from Ganaraska River for located in Clarington, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Zorra Farms Ltd. to change the final depth of extraction from above the water table to below the water table for a pit operating in the Township of East-Zorra Tavistock.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) for all emissions from the facility was issued to Siltech Corporation, a special chemical manufacturing facility, located at 1700 Pettit Road, Fort Erie, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 5540-CMTT3F was issued to Creemore Springs Brewery Limited on January 17, 2023 to renew Permit No. 0845-AQRRH2 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one surface water source to provide water for industrial brewery making activities located in Creemore, Ontario.

Harte Gold Corporation has requested to withdraw their application to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7653-9BNKKY for dewatering purposes.
