Mr. Premier:
The changes you are making will undo decades of best practice development to stop new environmental disasters. Your war on regulations shows your lack of understanding and knowledge of the history behind every one of your actions. As an example: Hurricane Hazel and it's aftermath was the driving force to create conservation authorities, and since that time loss of life of Ontarians due to flooding, or extreme weather as we now know it, has been almost non-existent.
Please reconsider not only this Bill, but some of your other more recent actions.
Haste to achieve a goal often involves irreparable damages. i.e. Haste makes Waste.
