The decision to strip back environmental protections during a time when our planet is slowly dying due to reckless extraction of its resources is absolutely ludicrous. No government should have this power to treat the earth with such disregard. If these changes are allowed to proceed, it will send us on a very dangerous path towards further climate crisis.
