From the summary in the comment section

"government will be able to designate special areas that are critical to Ontario’s economy and security, where selected projects could move faster as a result of simplified rules, faster approvals, and one-window access to services"

The part that I don't agree with is the province deciding where these special areas will be. The rules could have been simplified for faster approval and one window access for services years ago.
