Just a rant and my opinion…

Just a rant and my opinion. Not sure if it really matters did you take all the bait fish and how people fished and more so control what people do in charge of money. Why dont you look at the cormorant Birds, they are devastating or streams or lakes or ponds or rivers and every other watershed they're to blame for all the missing fish why don't they start devastating their population like to maybe two and then put them on the ark and ship them off back to where they came from. The ministry of Natural Resources spends all of our money on restocking streams and ponds and lakes just to feed the cormorants, or so this is what's happening regardless of their intentions I will always harvest my own minnows
