1. Work with cemetery operators, the Ministries of the Environment; Natural Resources and; Government and Consumer Services of the adaptive reuse of pits and quarries into cemeteries. To keep pace, with a growing population.

2. Work with school boards, the Ministries of Infrastructure; Education; Health; and Long Term Care to develop mixed use areas in-built up areas.

3. Work with the Ministries of the Environment; Natural Resources; Agriculture and; Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries to preserve our agricultural assets.

4. Work with the Ministry of Infrastructure and private developers to develop more affordable rental housing through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) arrangement.

5. For purpose-built market and affordable rental housing, offer developers a tax credit.

6. For Provincially Significant Employment Zones (PSEZ), to permit places of worship, retirement residences and long term care facilities in close proximity to nearby residential areas.

7. Work with colleges; universities; school boards; the Ministries of Education; Colleges and Universities; Agriculture; Infrastructure and; Economic Development, Job Creation and Trades to develop co-working space by optimizing underutilize space owned by school boards, colleges and universities.

8. Work with colleges; universities; school boards; the Ministries of Finance; Infrastructure; Education; Colleges and Universities; and Social Services by allowing educational institutions to offer mezzanine financing to eligible community partners and non-profit groups. 9. Work with conservation authorities; the Ministries of Education; Environment; Infrastructure; Natural Resources; Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries to preserve our natural heritage assets and outdoor recreation.
