What about other invasive plant species, such as garlic mustard, goutweed, vinca, pachysandra, ivy, and lamium? In the creek basin near where I live, all of these are a major problem and compete with the few trillium, jack-in-the-pulpit, mayapple, bloodroot and trout lilies that are trying to make a go of it.
