This legislation will cost…

This legislation will cost taxpayers billions to buy back credits. As well the federal government will apply the carbon tax anyway and spend the money in Ontario but the Ontario government will have no control over where this money is spent. Why not just collect the money and give it back to taxpayers. Maybe subsidise people who live in the country where it is harder to reduce carbon footprint.
