This Bill harms us ALL.

-it carves up the greenbelt, an important carbon sink to help mitigate climate change
-it removes the development fees paid to municipalities, impacting your property taxes &
services
-it silences citizens from accessing democratic mechanisms to launch a complaint
-It negatively impacts the important voice of our Conservation Authorities

It is clear, despite his many "promises" to protect the greenbelt, Doug Ford is carving it up. Despite his claims, this does NOTHING to create much-needed affordable housing stock.
What this Bill DOES do is harm our environment, damage our democracy and enrich developer donor friends of Doug Ford like the Cortellucci’s, de Gasperis, etc.
