Glen Schnarr & Associates Inc. (“GSAI”) are the planning consultants representing Sundial Homes
(Torbram) Limited. This submission is made with regard to the property at the South-west corner of Old School Road and Torbram Road (legally described as Part of Lot 22, Concession 5, EHS, formerly Township of Chinguacousy).
We are making this formal submission on behalf of our Client (the Property Owners) regarding the
Province’s review and ultimate approval of the Town of Caledon’s ‘Future Caledon’ Official Plan. The
March 2024 adopted version of the Future Caledon Official Plan before the Province for review and
approval does not currently reflect the changes implemented per Bill 162 which received Royal A
