I am for any measure that allows for more hunting opportunities, and therefore am for this last chance tag allocation so that most if not all tags are in use come the start of moose hunting season.

The only question I have is how the last chance tags will be allocated. I presume they will be distributed by random lottery draw, but perhaps it's first come first serve or some other method.
