Better, but big problem not being able to just give up your tag in the first choice second chance as most people still party hunt your really not looking at this at a party hunting thing when 90% of moose hunters I'd say party hunt . If you did second chance first choice. Not sure why you can't just give 2 weeks for them to collect and if not collected within 2 weeks then it goes to a pool that is like the old phone system or a draw system where you loose no points but must collect if you enter. It should be no issue for 2 weeks as most people only go on vacation for 1 week in the summer and almost everyone who enters the draw checks the results with in the first day and I'm sure you have the stats to prove it.
