The dust has not settled from the last amendment and here we are with another.

There is significant burden being placed on Project Leaders, Receiving Sites, and the industry at large to continually adapt to these changes. Operationally, several variations of contracts may now be in play referencing several different versions of O.Reg 406.

The establishment of contracts require knowledge and understanding of what is being agreed to. Continual change of the regulation will limit the ability for parties to develop such knowledge and understanding.
