I believe this act is an atrocious plan that goes contrary to all traffic and urban planning data and good practices. This will negatively affect the environment, make traffic worse, and incur even larger liabilities on municipalities who have to support more wasteful auto infrastructure.
This is a miserable project and should be rejected immediately.
