Commentaire
The province should NOT be involved in municipalities' infrastructure decisions. All the research shows that bikes lanes do not increase congestion and we must start making drastic changes to slow climate change. I don't want to hear anything from the province about bike lanes when they refuse to fund the things they are responsible for like healthcare, education, and housing.
