I strongly disagree with this proposal. Based on scientific research, bike lanes strongly reduce congestion, not increase it. A bike takes significantly less cubic footage than a car. This bill significantly worsens my opinion of the current government, and will likely increase the number of road deaths for bikers, with no tangible benefit to drivers.
