I would like to say, I am 100% against this idea. All you are doing is adding another layer of government and making it much harder to get good bicycle infrastructure in place in Ontario. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the status quo. Allow cities and town to do there cycling infastructure as they see fit.
