Leave municipal decisions regarding cycling lanes to the municipalities, who are the ones with the traffic studies to back up the information. There's no war on cars and your blatant attempt at pandering to those who believe there is a war puts the lives of those who choose to try and bike in danger. This group includes children who, in this day and age, need encouragement to be more active.
