You do understand this is completely idiotic and will not help reduce congestion. People still need to bike to work. This is unfathomably stupid. Not only will you be making congestion worse you will also be endangering lives. Morally this is completely deplorable on top of being an absolute waste of taxpayer dollars. How is the conservative party the party of absolutely idiotic spending? It is unconscionable for anyone to vote for the people that enact this on moral, financial, safety... literally any grounds.
