For the life of me I can't understand why you would strike down a law that has been shown to be effective at driving down emissions without having another plan ready to go. I think our Premier is a buffoon. I'd like to hope that not every member of the governing party is so beholden to a buffoon to follow his every lead. I don't know what Wynne did to inspire such a personal vendetta but undoing everything she's done - just because she did it - is reckless.
